Delivery Information

Once you have sent and paid the all due amount of your order to the company and have sent all the required files of artwork, either in electronic or hard form and have agreed on the shared content, that has been reviewed by the printing department, the turnaround time and the production speed starts. While placing an order on TheCustomBoxes.ca, you can select the speed of production as it shows the number of working days required from the printing phase to the shipment. You are directed to send your agreement to the proof prior to 10 AM CT (Central Standard Time). TheCustomBoxes.ca and all of our employees do their best to provide you the services and product in due time via shipping. In the case of any sort of delay, TheCustomBoxes.ca is not accountable for any sort of damages or loss done due to the delay in the shipping process. The clients have to agree upon the term and condition that the company is not answerable for the delays regarding the weather conditions any other sorts of custom issues that are not directly controlled by us. If the issues are regarding the printing process, the charges will be refunded to the clients, although orders can’t be canceled that are caused by delays in the printing process.

As a client, you decide to pay all the amounts in the term of custom duties and fees related to the respective location. It is on you to clear the charges or customs for the product shipping outside Canada. TheCustomBoxes.ca provides an average of ten to twelve (10-12) days for normal shipping, Six to Eight (6-8) days for accelerated shipping (Along with 2-3 days for ground shipping) to any location within Canada having no weight and quantity limit. Shipping on any other or extra location will require additional charges. TheCustomBoxes.ca is not accountable for time regarding delivery and transportation timing, any damages during the shipping process. The company cannot be subjected to any sort of legal action for the loss during the shipping process, although such incidents can be brought to attention after six (6) working days once the shipment has been delivered. If the client has provided false information regarding the delivery address or otherwise an error has been made while the submission of the complete delivery address, the company will charge extra shipping cost for the process of re-shipment.
